Robert Michener serves as executive director of Gateway85 Community Improvement District, bringing 19 years of experience with the organization. Since being named executive director in 2025, he has worked with local partners to improve infrastructure, mobility, public safety and the overall appearance of the district. Having spent nearly two decades helping shape Gateway85's growth, he’s committed to making the district a better place to do business and creating value for the property owners, businesses and employees who rely on it every day.
