Parking
When you enter the Speedway complex, please follow the event signs featuring pointing arrows to the Club One Suite location. Parking attendants will be on site to show you where to park and these same attendants will show you the way into the building.
 
Check-in
When you enter the lobby, you’ll be greeted by our CQG staff where you’ll receive your name tag and then use the elevators/stairs to go to the 2nd floor. On your name tag will be the QR code you may scan to access the digital program.
 
Seating 
Before taking your seat, please go through the served buffet line to receive your lunch.
This event is open seating for individual ticket holders, and reserved seating for sponsors. If you sponsored the event, please sit at the table designated with your company logo or name. Those that purchased individual tickets we ask to sit at unmarked tables.
 
Virtual Instructions: 
Feeling like you need to go virtual? We understand. If you originally intended to attend in-person but are feeling like you need to go virtual, please use these instructions below:  
The event will stream on the Council’s homepage. The homepage will change over to video format at 8:00am to countdown to the stream.
No username/additional registration is required to view the stream, simply go to the Council homepage, and click ‘Join Event.’
 
If your computer uses a firewall, it may block the video from playing. Please try to enter the event on your smartphone with Wi-Fi off before reaching out with an issue. Firewalls are unable to be fixed by our team.
