Recognized as a highly skilled, dynamic senior executive, Subadan has a proven track record of building and leading effective teams, delivering effective results and implementing fiscally responsible budgets.
She is a results-oriented management consultant specializing in organizational development, operational and fiscal effectiveness, public-private partnerships, multi-sector collaboration, business development and strategic planning. Sharon Subadan (cropped)
As the CEO of Carron Solutions LLC, she focuses on solving challenges by guiding clients to solutions and providing clear paths to success. She is dedicated to serving governments, private businesses and leaders who need supportive advice and services.
Subadan’s career as a public administrator spans over 31 years, with a wealth of knowledge and experience with Miami-Dade County, Florida; Montgomery County, Maryland; Hillsborough County (Tampa), Florida; City of Albany; and Douglas County, Georgia. Her government leadership roles have been with budgets exceeding $4.4 billion, employee counts of more than 4,200 and populations up to 1.4 million residents with a record of achievement that shows groundbreaking advancement of progressive improvement initiatives.
She is a board member of the National Forum for Black Public Administrators. Additionally, she served as a Georgia City/County Management Association board member and on Georgia Municipal Association committees.
Subadan has a master’s degree from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from Trinity International University. She is a Harvard Kennedy School Senior Executive in State and Local Government program graduate. In addition, she is an International City/County Management Association credentialed manager, a certified public manager, a Lean Six Sigma blackbelt and a certified emotional intelligence trainer, who is passionate about public servant leadership.
