Join the Council For Quality Growth's North Fulton Advisory Meeting featuring Matthew Thomas, Economic Development Director, City of Alpharetta.
Matthew A. Thomas is the Economic Development Manager for the City of Alpharetta. In this role he is responsible for the City's business retention, expansion, and attraction programs.
From 2013 to 2018, he led Economic Development for the City of Canton.
Matthew also gained economic development experience with the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, the Dalton-Whitfield Joint Development Authority, and the Metro Atlanta Chamber.
He graduated from the University of West Georgia in 2011 with a B.S. in Economics.
Matthew is a member of the International Economic Development Council, the Georgia Economic Developers Association, a recent graduate of Leadership North Fulton, and in 2018, was named a University of West Georgia "Thriving Under 30" Honoree.
