Brian is a native of Georgia, and was raised in Lilburn. He graduated from Parkview High School, and then went on to the University of Georgia, where he graduated with his B.A in 2007. Brian started his career as a student pastor at Grace Snellville Church, and then moved into private education at the Mount Vernon School in Sandy Springs, Ga. In 2014, Brian and his wife Erin moved back to his hometown of Lilburn, in the Old Town district. In 2016, Brian won a seat on the Lilburn City Council. After serving on the council for 3 years, Brian resigned from council to take a part time job with the Lilburn Downtown Development Authority working on downtown development. After starting with the DDA, Brian’s role evolved into a full-time job with the City of Lilburn in 2020. He currently serves as Community Development Administrator and Public Information Officer. Brian has been married to his wife Erin for 13 years, and they have four children ages 12, 9, 8, and 6.

William “Bill” Johnsa

Bill is a native of Georgia, born in Atlanta. Bill spent his youth in Suwanee, GA and attended Suwanee Elementary, Lanier Middle School and graduated from North Gwinnett High School.
Bill is a graduate of Oxford College of Emory University (A.A) and received his B.A. from Mercer University. In addition, Bill is a Fellow with publication, and graduate of the National Center for State Courts, Institute for Court Management.
Work career spans 35 plus years, including 10 years as a Gwinnett County Juvenile probation officer, the first Trial Court Administrator for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit, County Manager for Dawson County, GA and City Manager for the City of Lilburn (13 years).
Bill has been married 35 years to Lisa Johnsa and has two sons, Mitch (28) and Patrick (20).
