Tracy Styf is the executive director of the Town Center Community Improvement District (TCCID).

In her role, Tracy works collaboratively with the local, state and federal leaders to invest the approximately $3.5M of commercial tax funds received each year to develop infrastructure, parks and trails.  Responsibilities include oversight and direction of all aspects of the CID’s strategy and execution, providing executive leadership, and ensuring the appropriate management of the tax funds received.

Prior to her work with the TCCID, Tracy served as the director of business development for Coxe Curry & Associates, metro Atlanta’s largest and most experienced nonprofit consulting firm.  In this role, Tracy was responsible for leading and overseeing the development of new business and marketing efforts for the firm as well as directing client engagements primarily in the Cobb region.  Prior to Coxe Curry, Tracy served as development director for St. Luke’s Community House in Nashville, Tennessee. Additionally, she was a founding member of Renewed, where she served as the organization’s first executive director.

Tracy is actively involved in her local community, serving on various boards including Cobb Chamber, Cobb Community Foundation, Council for Quality Growth, Kennesaw State University, Select Cobb, and the Strand Theatre. She is also a member of the 2017 Leadership Atlanta Class, Atlanta Regional Commission, Kennesaw Business Association, Marietta Kiwanis, 2012 Leadership Cobb Class, 2015 Regional Leadership Institute and Women in Transportation.

For the past five years, Tracy has been named as one of the 100 Influential Women to Know by Engineering Georgia and a Notable Georgian by Georgia Trend magazine. Other awards and recognition include: 2017 Woman of Distinction by the Cobb Chamber, 2017 member of the 40 Under 40 class by Atlanta Business Chronicle, Top 20 Under 40 by Cobb Life Magazine and a Woman of Achievement by liveSAFE Resources.

Tracy has been honored as a Distinguished Alumna of Vanderbilt University where she earned her M.Ed. with highest honors. She also graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Psychology from Georgia State University and an A.A. from Oxford College of Emory University. She and her husband, Dan, live in Smyrna with their daughter, Lila. They love to do anything on the water, including boating on Lake Wedowee and deep-sea fishing in the Florida Keys.
