Jim Wilgus, PE, is the County’s SPLOST Roadway Project Manager. He brings 35 years of civil engineering experience from both the public and private practice. Jim is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Georgia and is an active member in the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) and the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE). Jim’s background includes roadway, sidewalk, multi-use trail and intersection design in both the public and private sector.
Jim is a graduate of Virginia Tech, and resides in Cobb County with his wife Judy.
