Josh began his career as grassroots community organizer in Los Angeles and New York before moving back to Atlanta to work for change inside city government. As a community organizer, Josh worked on the Fight for $15 campaign and undocumented workers’ rights efforts in LA and helped build a breakthrough economic development program in New York that works to lift public housing communities from the cycle of poverty.
Josh has served as the Director of OHCD since Fall of 2019.
