Jacob Vallo has over 20 years of experience executing projects through creative and innovative thinking, coupled with platform development, financial and partnership structuring, capital raising, community engagement and management skills. He has advised on 55,000+ acres of land and been a part of or lead the raising of $950+ million of equity and debt capital. Mr. Vallo has had progressively increasing responsibility with notable firms like Jamestown, The Rockefeller Group, Hines, Reynolds Capital Group, and the Westside Future Fund. Mr. Vallo has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and a Master of Professional Studies Deree in Real Estate from Cornell University.
