3rd Annual Planning Directors Forum Agenda
November 20th, 2015
10am – 2pmIII. 10:40 – 11:35 am – Telecommunications: Regulating Placement and Design of Cell Towers
V. 12:20 – 1:10 pm – Regulating Electronic Signage and Billboards
VI. 1:15 – 1:55 pm – Hot Topics in Planning: A Facilitated Roundtable
The Forum will consist of 50+ Planning Directors from the Metro Region who will come together, network, idea-exchange and hear from speakers and a interactive discussion with a panel of members in the development industry.
This will consist of Council staff and Council Members serving on a panel and will not be open to the public.
The idea of the Forum was initiated by Marietta Planning Director Brian Binzer and a team of Planning Directors including:
The 3rd Planning Director’s Forum will consist of an opening networking reception, a roundtable discussion with a facilitator to hear from you and your colleagues and allow you as Metro Region Planning Directors to share ideas and discover what other counties or cities are facing or have ideas that you may be facing or have and learn how other local governments handled critical issues that many of you face today.

II. 10:30 – 10:40 am – Welcome and Recap of 2014 Planning Directors Forum
III. 10:40 – 11:35 am – Telecommunications: Regulating Placement and Design of Cell Towers
